We do not accept returns or exchanges on our pieces. Each is hand-blown and made in small batches — once it leaves our studio, it belongs to you. If your piece arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Share clear photographs of the damaged item and the outer packaging with hello@caskandcrystal.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will take it from there.
