Return & Refund Policy – Cask & Crystal

At Cask & Crystal, every product is crafted and packed with precision and care. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where you wish to initiate a return, please review our policy below.


1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted under any circumstance.


3. Return Request Process

To request a return, contact us at avi@caskandcrystal.in within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will determine if the item qualifies for return.

If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipments must be sent to our fulfillment address:

C Block, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.


4. Inspection and Approval

All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection once received.

Cask & Crystal reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject any return or refund request after inspection.

Our decision in this regard will be final and binding.


5. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the transaction.

If your return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability and condition.

Cask & Crystal reserves the right to deny an exchange request if stock is unavailable or if the item does not meet return eligibility criteria.


7. Damages or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at avi@caskandcrystal.in with images of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the case and provide a resolution as deemed appropriate.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items sold under special discounts or clearance sales

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling


9. Brand Discretion

All decisions regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges rest solely with Cask & Crystal.

Our quality assurance and logistics teams carefully review each case, and the brand’s decision shall be considered final.

We reserve the right to decline requests that do not comply with this policy.
