Once your order is received, each product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards. After passing inspection, your order is securely packed and handed over to our logistics partner, Shiprocket, for delivery.

2. Shipping Timelines

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement and typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India.

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local courier conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no additional delivery fees.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹1000 only.

For orders above this amount, we recommend secure prepaid payment options available at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS and email.

You can also check your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.

6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Packaging

All orders are packed using durable, eco-conscious materials designed to ensure your glassware reaches you safely and in pristine condition.

8. Refunds & Returns

We handle every case of return or refund with fairness and care. However, please note that all refund and return decisions made by Cask & Crystal are final.
