What is the minimum order?
Trade pricing starts at 24 pieces. Below that, order from the site at retail — every piece still ships insured.
How long does a bulk order take?
Standard pieces ship in 1–2 weeks. Engraved or custom work runs 2–4 weeks depending on quantity; your quote includes a firm date.
Can we see samples first?
Yes — physical samples of any piece you're considering, including an engraved sample if you're branding the glass, before you commit to the run.
What customisation is possible?
Logo etching, monograms, custom cut patterns on larger runs, and bespoke packaging. Share your artwork and we'll confirm what works on which piece.
Do you deliver outside metro cities?
Pan-India, fully insured, in packaging engineered for crystal. Remote pin codes may add a day or two — never more than we quote.
