What is the minimum order?
Trade pricing starts at 24 pieces. Below that, order from the site at retail — every piece still ships insured.
How long does a bulk order take?
Standard pieces ship in 1–2 weeks. Engraved or custom work runs 2–4 weeks depending on quantity. Your quote carries a firm date, not a range.
Can we see samples first?
Yes. A physical sample of anything you're considering, engraved if you're branding it. Hold it, fill it, set it down hard on a table. Then decide.
What customisation is possible?
Logo etching, monograms, custom packaging, and cut patterns on larger runs. Send your artwork and we'll tell you what sits well on which piece — and what doesn't.
What happens when we break them?
You will — that's service. Transit damage is replaced without an argument. After that, your spec stays on file, so a replacement crate matches the glasses already on the shelf instead of quietly becoming a second set.
Do you deliver outside metro cities?
Pan-India, insured, in packaging built for crystal. Remote pin codes can add a day or two. Never more than we quoted.
