Payment Policy
What payment methods does Cask & Crystal accept?
We've kept checkout simple and secure. You can pay using:
- Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay
- UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and any UPI-enabled app
- Net Banking — all major Indian banks
- Wallets — supported wallets at checkout
- Cash on Delivery — available on select orders and locations (see below)
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your card and banking details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
What happens after my payment goes through?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase. We'd suggest keeping it for your records — it's the quickest reference if you ever need to reach us about the order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Because our pieces are handcrafted glass and shipped with extra care, Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and locations. Where offered, COD will appear as an option at checkout — if you don't see it, your order value or pin code isn't currently eligible, but every prepaid method above is available.
For COD orders, payment is made directly to our courier partner at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready, as our delivery partners may not always carry change.
In what currency are payments processed?
All orders are processed in Indian Rupees (₹) and shipped within India only.
How are refunds and cancellations handled?
Refunds and cancellations are covered in detail on our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy pages. In short, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method, and timelines depend on your bank or UPI provider.
Something went wrong with my payment — what do I do?
If a payment fails, gets charged twice, or anything looks off, don't re-attempt blindly — write to us at hello@caskandcrystal.in with your order number (or the email/phone used at checkout) and we'll sort it out quickly.
