Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations by Customer

You may request to cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please email us at  avi@caskandcrystal.in with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

Once we review your request, our team will confirm whether the cancellation can be processed. Orders cannot be cancelled through the website or customer portal — all cancellations must be made via email.

If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery. Once the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.


2. Order Cancellations by Cask & Crystal

Cask & Crystal reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable.

  • The recipient is unavailable or declines delivery.

  • The order is deemed undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts.

  • The item is out of stock, damaged before dispatch, or fails quality inspection.

  • The order is identified as fraudulent or non-compliant with our policies.

Customers will be notified via email in such cases, and any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.


3. Modifying or Rescheduling Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

If you wish to modify your address or request a change before dispatch, please email us at avi@caskandcrystal.in, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Please note that expedited delivery is not available.


4. Undeliverable Orders

An order may be marked undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • The recipient refusing or failing to accept delivery.

  • Delivery restrictions or local regulations in the destination area.

  • The package being damaged during transit.

  • Severe weather or logistical disruptions.

Undelivered orders will be automatically cancelled and returned to our facility. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.


5. Refund Timelines

Once cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued via NEFT transfer within 1–3 business days after valid bank details are received.


6. Coupons and Discounts

If a cancelled order included a coupon or discount code, the coupon will not be reissued or refunded.

Refunds will only cover the net amount paid after discounts.


7. Brand Discretion

All cancellations are subject to approval by Cask & Crystal.

The brand reserves the exclusive right to accept or decline cancellation or refund requests at its discretion.

All decisions made by Cask & Crystal shall be final and binding.
