Every order leaves in the same box, whether it is a gift or not. Add a note at checkout and we write it by hand.

Photographs flatter glass. Numbers do not. Every piece is weighed and measured before it is listed, and those figures sit on the product page whether they help the sale or not — so you know what will be in your hand before it arrives.

Glass travels badly. If a piece reaches you cracked or chipped, send us a photograph within seven days of delivery and a replacement goes out immediately. You do not return the broken one.

And if you break one later: a set of four does not become a set of three. Every glass sold in a set is available on its own to anyone who bought that set from us. Singles are not listed on the site — write to us with your order number and the piece you need, and we will send one out.

Every piece is double-boxed and insulated before it leaves us, and every parcel is insured for the whole journey. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and we ship pan-India.

The photograph is our own packing bench. Each glass sits in its own moulded seat inside an inner box, and that box sits inside an outer box with a cushion gap on every face.
